Nirvana Tribute @ The Greenroom
MAMMAL
One of my favourite bands to shoot is Mammal, from Melbourne. Ezekiel Ox the lead singer gets completely into the music and is fantastic to take photos of as he is always so expressive. Here are a couple of my fave shots:

Chasing Gravity
ANZAC Day, Sitting in a restaurant waiting for dinner to arrive and I get a phonecall from my mate asking if I can shoot a band called "Chasing Gravity" from Queensland, at The Greenroom.
I thought; "yeah, why not" and went to get my camera straight after dinner.
When I arrived at The Greenroom, it wasn't a very big crowd but they were very into the music.
Chasing Gravity came on and blew me away with how good they were. Definately one of the best Aussie bands I have ever heard. These guys will be big!!

"Appetite For Destruction"
Last night I attended the opening of the new "Greenroom" venue at the UC Bar with "Appetite For Destruction" providing the music. They were a really good "Guns & Roses" Tribute band, playing all their hits. It wasn't the busiest of nights, but the smallish but appreciative audience loved the music.
Tonight was the first night of using my new 30D and lens. It took a while to get the hang of it, but I managed to get a few great shots.
